Do you need a login or access to my site?

No. I only test your public homepage, the same way any visitor would see it.

Is this the same as a full audit?

No. The video covers one page and the biggest barriers. A full audit tests every page in scope against all WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and includes a detailed report with fixes. See audit pricing.
